When organizing your special day you will be faced with a mind-boggling number of decisions.
Hopefully this quick guide will at least help take the stress out of deciding exactly which stationery products to chose.
'Save the Date' Cards
These are pre-inviation cards which are sent out as soon as you have set the wedding date. Many couples send these cards out before before they have booked their wedding venue just to make sure that their guests keep the day available, especially useful if you plan a summer wedding when many people may be planning to take holidays.
Wedding Invitations
Your main invitations which need to be sent out about 6 - 8 weeks before the wedding to enable guests to reply in enough time for you to confirm catering numbers etc.
It is usual to send one invitation per household (but it's wise to order a with a few spares incase any errors are made when handwriting guest names.
Evening Invitations
These are special invitations which are sent out to any additional guests who will not be present at the wedding itself, but whom you wish to invite to your evening reception or party.
Reply (RSVP) cards
These are postcard style cards, preprintd with RSVP address, which are sent with the wedding invitaion. RSVP cards make it quick and easy for your guests to respond to your invitation.
Order of Service
An A5 sized, detailed programme of your wedding ceremony, containing running order, names of reasers & words to hymns. Your Order of Service can be ordered with your main invitations or separately once the arrangements for your wedding ceremony are finalised.
Please note: It is the clients responsibility to gain permission fro the use of any hymns or other text which is under copyright. You need to agree the details with your Church/Venue before production begins and provide us with your text a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the delivery date (preferably as an attached Microsoft Word File). The wording should be exactly as you would like it to appear.
Please include:
Entrance Music (Title & Composer), o Hymns (check you are providing the correct version and have copyright permission if required)
'Events' e.g. the Marriage Ceremony, Signing of the Register,
Prayers, Readings etc in the correct order with names of readers.
Recessional Music (Title & Composer).
We include 2 Sheets, (3 printed sides plus the title page); further sheets will be charged at 50p per sheet.
Thank you cards
Thank You cards are a thoughtful and timesaving way to thank your guests for their gifts and for sharing your specal day. Our unique 'Keepsake' cards contain a souvenir photograph from your special day - a delightful way to say 'Thank You'.
Place cards
These help your guests find their seats at your reception and can be handwritten by you, or we can pre-print these with your guest names.
Menus
Co-ordinating with your stationery, menus not only give your guests information but look really stunning on your tables.
We can also include the order of speeches or other information in your menu.
Note: when ordering menus please provide your text as soon as possible and a minimum of 4 weeks prior to delivery date (preferably as an attached Microsoft Word File).
Favours
Small gifts, usually confectionary, left with your guest's place setting at the reseption.
There are many styles to chose from including mini gift boxes, voiles and novelty shaped boxes such as top hats.

Table names / numbers
Table names or numbers are displayed on tables to help your guests find their seats at the reception.
They are carefully designed to co-ordinate with your place cards and wedding favours.
Table Plan
These are displayed at your function room or venue and give guests a visual representation of the seating arrangement.
Table plans are designed to fully co-ordinate with your wedding stationery.
Guest books
A wonderful way to record the thoughts of your guest on your special day. Guest books are left at the reception for friends and family to sign and leasve personal messages, providing you with a delightful keepsake to treasure.
